*Flat response curve (SQ) is geared towards people looking for responsiveness. This style box is loud on all frequencies, generates little impedance loss, and can utilize an amplifier rated at the same RMS as the subwoofer.

*Boomer response curve (SPL) is geared towards people looking for maximum loudness. This style box will be louder than the flat response curve at some frequencies, has a high impedance rise, and can utilize an amplifier rated at a slightly higher RMS than the subwoofer.
